Diese Website verwendet keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Werbe-Cookies. Ich verarbeite personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies für den Betrieb der Website erforderlich ist oder Sie mir Daten selbst mitteilen, zum Beispiel über das Kontaktformular oder die Newsletter-Anmeldung.

3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Website wird bei Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA, gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch technische Daten verarbeitet, insbesondere IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite, Referrer-URL, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Dies ist erforderlich, um die Website auszuliefern und ihre Sicherheit und Stabilität zu gewährleisten.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren und funktionsfähigen Website). Mit Webflow besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO). Die Daten können in den USA verarbeitet werden; Webflow ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, für das ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission besteht (Art. 45 DSGVO).

4. SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung

Diese Website nutzt aus Sicherheitsgründen eine SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennen Sie an „https://“ in der Adresszeile Ihres Browsers.

5. Kontaktformular und Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn Sie mir über das Kontaktformular schreiben, verarbeite ich Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Die Angaben werden bei Webflow (siehe Abschnitt 3) gespeichert und per E-Mail an mein Postfach weitergeleitet. Mein E-Mail-Postfach wird über Google Workspace betrieben (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland); mit Google besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung. Eine Übermittlung an Google LLC in den USA kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden; Google ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Dasselbe gilt, wenn Sie mir direkt eine E-Mail schreiben.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit Ihre Anfrage mit einem Vertrag oder dessen Anbahnung zusammenhängt (zum Beispiel Booking-Anfragen), im Übrigen Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen).

Speicherdauer: Einträge aus dem Kontaktformular lösche ich spätestens nach 6 Monaten aus Webflow. E-Mail-Korrespondenz lösche ich spätestens 3 Jahre nach Ende des Jahres, in dem die Korrespondenz abgeschlossen wurde, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen (zum Beispiel 6 Jahre für geschäftliche Korrespondenz nach § 147 AO).

6. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

Wenn Sie meinen Newsletter abonnieren, verarbeite ich Ihren Vornamen und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, um Ihnen Neuigkeiten zu Veröffentlichungen, Konzerten und Merchandise zu senden. Für den Versand nutze ich Mailchimp, einen Dienst der The Rocket Science Group LLC, 405 N Angier Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (ein Unternehmen der Intuit Inc.). Ihre Daten werden auf Servern von Mailchimp in den USA gespeichert. Mit Mailchimp besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung; Mailchimp ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Daten werden erst an Mailchimp übertragen, wenn Sie das Anmeldeformular absenden.

Double-Opt-in: Nach der Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine E-Mail, in der Sie Ihre Anmeldung bestätigen. Zum Nachweis Ihrer Einwilligung werden der Zeitpunkt von Anmeldung und Bestätigung sowie Ihre IP-Adresse gespeichert.

Erfolgsmessung: Die Newsletter enthalten ein Zählpixel und nachverfolgbare Links. Damit erfasst Mailchimp, ob eine E-Mail geöffnet und welche Links angeklickt wurden. Ich nutze diese Informationen, um meinen Newsletter zu verbessern.

Rechtsgrundlage für Versand und Erfolgsmessung ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Sie können die Einwilligung jederzeit über den Abmeldelink in jedem Newsletter oder per E-Mail an mich widerrufen. Nach der Abmeldung wird Ihre E-Mail-Adresse aus dem Verteiler entfernt; sie kann in einer Sperrliste gespeichert werden, damit Sie keine weiteren E-Mails erhalten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). 7. YouTube-Videos

Auf dieser Website sind Videos von YouTube eingebunden. Anbieter ist Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Die Videos werden erst geladen, wenn Sie auf „Load video“ klicken; vorher wird keine Verbindung zu YouTube hergestellt. Nach dem Klick werden Daten wie Ihre IP-Adresse und die besuchte Seite an YouTube bzw. Google übermittelt, und YouTube kann Cookies oder ähnliche Technologien auf Ihrem Gerät speichern. Ich nutze dafür den erweiterten Datenschutzmodus (youtube-nocookie.com). Eine Übermittlung an Google LLC in den USA ist möglich; Google ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Wenn Sie „Always load YouTube videos“ wählen, wird diese Entscheidung im lokalen Speicher (Local Storage) Ihres Browsers gespeichert; das ist erforderlich, um Ihre Auswahl umzusetzen (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). 8. Konzertdaten (Bandsintown)

Im Bereich „Live“ zeige ich meine Konzerttermine mit einem Widget von Bandsintown an. Anbieter ist die Bandsintown Group Inc., 348 West 57th Street, Suite 107, New York, NY 10019, USA. Das Widget wird erst geladen, wenn Sie auf „Show concert dates“ klicken; vorher wird keine Verbindung zu Bandsintown hergestellt. Nach dem Klick werden Daten wie Ihre IP-Adresse, Browserinformationen und die besuchte Seite an Bandsintown übermittelt. Bandsintown kann dabei Cookies oder ähnliche Technologien (zum Beispiel Local Storage oder Zählpixel) einsetzen, Ihren ungefähren Standort anhand Ihrer IP-Adresse ermitteln, um Konzerte in Ihrer Nähe anzuzeigen, und Daten auch für eigene Zwecke einschließlich Analyse und Werbung verarbeiten. Wenn Sie im Widget auf „Follow“, „Remind me“, „Request a show“ oder „Tickets“ klicken, werden Sie zu Bandsintown bzw. zum jeweiligen Ticketanbieter weitergeleitet; dort gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). 9. Schriftarten

Die auf dieser Website verwendeten Schriftarten werden direkt von meinem Hosting-Anbieter ausgeliefert. Es wird keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts oder anderen Schriftanbietern hergestellt.

10. Links zu anderen Websites

Diese Website enthält Links zu Streaming-Diensten und sozialen Netzwerken (zum Beispiel Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music und Instagram). Daten werden erst übertragen, wenn Sie einen Link anklicken und die jeweilige Plattform aufrufen; dort gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen.

11. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18) und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20). Erteilte Einwilligungen können Sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen (Art. 7 Abs. 3). Soweit eine Verarbeitung auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO beruht, können Sie ihr aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, widersprechen (Art. 21). 2. Overview

This website does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. I only process personal data where it is needed to run the website, or where you give it to me yourself, for example through the contact form or the newsletter sign-up.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. When you visit the website, technical data is processed automatically, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referrer URL, your browser type and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). I have a data processing agreement with Webflow (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA; Webflow is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

4. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

5. Contact form and email

If you write to me using the contact form, I process your name, email address and message in order to reply. The details are stored by Webflow (see section 3) and forwarded by email to my inbox. My email is run on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), with whom I have a data processing agreement. Transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The same applies if you email me directly.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or steps towards one (for example booking enquiries), and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Retention: I delete contact form entries from Webflow after 6 months at the latest. I delete email correspondence no later than 3 years after the end of the year in which it was concluded, unless I am legally required to keep it for longer (for example 6 years for business correspondence under § 147 of the German Fiscal Code, AO).

6. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

If you subscribe to my newsletter, I process your first name and email address to send you news about releases, concerts and merch. The newsletter is sent with Mailchimp, a service of The Rocket Science Group LLC, 405 N Angier Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (an Intuit Inc. company). Your data is stored on Mailchimp’s servers in the USA. I have a data processing agreement with Mailchimp, and Mailchimp is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No data is sent to Mailchimp until you submit the sign-up form.

Double opt-in: after signing up, you receive an email asking you to confirm. To prove your consent, the time of sign-up and confirmation and your IP address are stored.

Performance tracking: the newsletter contains a tracking pixel and tracked links, which let Mailchimp record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. I use this to improve the newsletter.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter and for tracking is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing me. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the mailing list; it may be kept on a block list so you don’t receive further emails (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 7. YouTube videos

This website includes videos from YouTube, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Videos only load once you click “Load video”; until then, no connection to YouTube is made. After you click, data such as your IP address and the page you are on is sent to YouTube/Google, and YouTube may store cookies or similar technologies on your device. I use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). If you choose “Always load YouTube videos”, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, which is necessary to carry out your choice (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). 8. Concert dates (Bandsintown)

In the “Live” section, my concert dates are shown with a widget from Bandsintown, provided by Bandsintown Group Inc., 348 West 57th Street, Suite 107, New York, NY 10019, USA. The widget only loads once you click “Show concert dates”; until then, no connection to Bandsintown is made. After you click, data such as your IP address, browser information and the page you are on is sent to Bandsintown. Bandsintown may use cookies or similar technologies (for example local storage or tracking pixels), work out your approximate location from your IP address to show concerts near you, and process data for its own purposes, including analytics and advertising. If you click “Follow”, “Remind me”, “Request a show” or “Tickets” in the widget, you are taken to Bandsintown or the ticket seller, where their own privacy policies apply.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). Data is processed in the USA; Bandsintown states that it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you choose “Always load Bandsintown”, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). 9. Fonts

The fonts on this website are served directly by my hosting provider. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.

10. Links to other websites

This website links to streaming services and social networks (for example Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music and Instagram). No data is shared with them until you click a link and visit the platform, where its own privacy policy applies.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). Just email info@steveandthesea.com.
